Another spontaneous, easy but very delicious and kinda healthy meal. Isn’t that what everyone’s looking for? At least when you’re travelling it is and after a three day tour full of sandwiches and wraps this was like a dream.
We simply cut up some mushrooms, capsicum and zucchini, fried them in a pan, added some cream, salt and mixed herbs and let it cook for a bit. Combined with rice a perfect lunch on a warm day.
I’m amazed how colourful fruits are. It looks beautiful, just makes you want to eat it, right? And the best thing: It’s all natural! Good job, God! 🙏
